The first step is always the hardest in life. Deciding to ask that special someone to marry you is a lot more difficult than the days and weeks after planning the wedding. The same goes with having kids, going to college etc.
In landscaping the hardest part is getting your landscape installed. Once you do that you will need to maintain it, but that is the easy and fun part of having nice landscape.
Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu once said, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” So if you want to start something new: Take a small action–any action–and grow from there.
