Landscaping Warranty Information

Peace of Mind to Complete Your Project Now Instead of Waiting for Spring!

Every residential job completed by Showcase Landcare Services comes with an industry-leading 6-month warranty on all new plant material and a 12-month warranty on all new irrigation systems.

Warranty details are outlined below:

PLANT WARRANTY PROVISIONS:

  1. A six month warranty will be in effect on all new plant material (subject to the provisions below) from the date of the substantial completion of the job if all charges have been paid in full.
  2. New plant material is defined as all newly provided and installed plants and trees, excluding annual color flowers, phoenix date palms, canary island date palms, seed applications, and sod.
  3. Warranty is non-transferrable if property ownership changes.
  4. Warranty does not include any transplanted items, or any items purchased by others and installed by Showcase Landcare Services.
  5. This six month warranty is a one-time warranty. As a result, it is recommended (but not required) that items that die within the warranty period are scheduled for warranty replacement outside of the months of June-August to provide the warrantied items the best probability to survive.
  6. Warranty can be voided due to vandalism, intentional abuse, extreme weather, power or sprinkler clock failures, water shut-offs, inappropriate irrigation schedules, and intervention of clients, guests, or animals in the landscape that can adversely affect plant health and that are outside of the control of Showcase Landcare Services.

IRRIGATION WARRANTY PROVISIONS:

  1. A twelve month warranty will be in effect on all new irrigation systems (subject to the provisions below) from the date of the substantial completion of the job if all charges have been paid in full.
  2. Warranty covers the repair or replacement of any irrigation leaks, product failures or deficiencies, and workmanship issues that arise within the warranty period.
  3. Warranty is non-transferrable if property ownership changes.
  4. Warranty excludes irrigation components that are added on to an existing system.
  5. Warranty excludes re-installation of drip emitters that pop off of the drip tubing.
  6. Warranty excludes any indirect costs that arise from an irrigation failure, such as increased utility bills or damage to surrounding grades, plant material, hard surfaces, or structures.
  7. Warranty can be voided due to vandalism, intentional abuse, extreme weather, water shut-offs, and intervention of clients, guests, or animals in the landscape that can adversely affect the irrigation systems and that are outside of the control of Showcase Landcare Services.
