Every residential job completed by Showcase Landcare Services comes with an industry leading 6-month warranty on all new plant material and 12-month warranty on all new irrigation material. The irrigation warranty covers the repair or replacement of any and all irrigation leaks, product failures or deficincies, and workmanship issues that may arise on the newly installed components of the irrigation system within the warranty period. It does not cover any indirect costs that arise from the irrigation failure, such as increased utility bills or damage to surrounding grades, plant material, hard surfaces, or structures. The plant material warranty covers a one-time replacement of ALL newly installed sod, trees, and shrubs that die within six months of job completion - regardless of season of install, climate conditions since install, and even unintentional customer neglect. One call from the customer is all it takes to have a dead item replaced at absolutely no cost. The only exclusions are for intentional abuse and for plant material that dies as a result of receiving no or very little watering. This is rarely the case but is occasionally seen when the water to the property is shut off or if an irrigation valve (that is not covered by Showcase Landcare Services' irrigation warranty) fails and is not repaired within 3 days of failure. This exclusion may also apply if the irrigation control clock is accidentally or intentionally left off by the customer. This warranty extends to all new living plant material with the only exception being annual color flowers due to their seasonal nature.
